What is Garb Grab?

Garb Grab 2021 is the first annual prop and costume swap meet for all things cosplay, live roleplaying, re-enactment, and the costuming enthusiast.

Come sell or trade your old kit, perhaps finding a few things to add to your collection as well. Vendors and crafters will be available in case you're looking to purchase something new.

Join us for an afternoon at the very palatial Middle Ground live role playing and event park where you'll be able to tour the grounds after perusing what's for sale.


Do I need to buy tickets or register?

Nope, but it would be much appreciated if you RSVP yes to the Facebook event. If you're feeling generous, there is a $10 suggested donation that will go directly to Middleground so we can continue to have more events just like this for years and years to come. Digital collection methods will be available on site.

  1. Do I have to register as a vendor even if I'm just looking to trade a few things?

Yes! Please do. We would like to ensure there is plenty of space for everyone who wants to sell and/or trade, etc..., so please register using the provided form. If you're coming to browse, there is no need to fill out the form. Simply RSVP yes to the Facebook event so we can get a general idea of how many people might show up.


  1. How many tables are there?

There are 13 tables we can provide. They are first-come first served. Feel free to bring your own tents, tables, or other vendor equipment.


  1. How big are the tables?

They vary in size, from 6' and up.


  1. How many sellers and traders at a table?

Likely only about 2, unless we can make other arrangements on side.

We're providing this first event at absolutely no cost to vendors or attendees whatsoever! Our vision for Garb Grab is to become a twice-annual seller meet up and after party for the foreseeable future, and you can help us make it happen!
